Your order will be usually despatched within 24 working hours from receipt of your payment confirmation. 


We use strong packaging to protect your records. Your full address (as provided in the order form) is clearly written on the package. We also stick "fragile" labels on the package to prevent any possible damage. 


All shipments are tracked and insured. Your signature will be asked upon delivery! Please remember that if you fail to be available by delivery, you will usually find a delivery note for collecting the parcel by your nearest post office (or shipping company). If you do not claim your parcel, it is usually shipped back to us (see "undelivered parcels").

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically displayed when you place items in your shopping cart (and have logged in with your full postal address). Average delivery time is 24/48 hours to Italy, 5-10 working days to EU, longer for overseas and outside EU.

These are average times; we have experienced that orders often arrive more quickly. Unfortunately we can not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customs Duties

If you live inside the European Union (EU) then you will never have to pay import tax and your order will go straight through customs.

If you are outside the EU, your local customs may add import duty/local sales tax to your order when delivering. Most countries outside the EU will allow small packages to be delivered without additional charges, but some countries will tax your order (usually at a rate equivalent to your local sales tax) when you receive your parcel.

If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will loose your goods as well as your money.

Please contact your local customs office for more information, as you will be liable for any such charges, not us.

Undelivered Parcels 

For most of the cases, if the parcel is not delivered to you (you might not be available at your address and do not claim the parcel at your local post office), it is usually returned to us (approx. after 3-4 weeks). We will be glad to re-mail the parcel to you but we may ask you to pay again for shipment. 

In case an order not arriving, you need to wait at least 30 days before claiming an undelivered parcel. After your claim, we kindly ask you to wait for another 15 days in order to trace the parcel. If the parcel is lost we will be glad to fully refund your purchase. 

In any case, we will require you to contact your local postal delivery office to check that the item is not awaiting collection.

Claims / Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item you can send it back to us at your own expenses (we suggest recorded delivery as you will have a receipt issued by your local post office as proof of the shipment). We will reimburse the price of the item only (we will NOT refund Shipping & Handling costs).

In case you receive the item broken (unplayable) you'll need to send a picture of the record as it has been received. We will be glad to reimburse the price of the item and shipping & handling costs.
